Graduate from Our Lady of the Lake University with an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and currently a member of the American Counseling Association. I hold a position as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Brooke Bonnema, LPCS. Specializations include ADHD symptom management, parents of children with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is customized to meet the unique needs of each client, emphasizing the significance of discovering effective strategies that meet the individuals’ specific needs.
My goal is to empower clients with skills, knowledge, and training while offering a safe space for introspection that will lead to lasting positive changes. Listening to my clients and understanding their goals is crucial when creating a treatment plan. One technique involves exploring attachment to help individuals understand their experiences and cultivate self-acceptance and compassion, which can drive change. Other methods used include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Approach, Somatic Approach, and Mindfulness based approaches.
In today's fast-paced world, finding balance and maintaining mental health can feel overwhelming. I offer a compassionate and supportive environment for individuals seeking guidance. Together, we will work towards cultivating resilience, enhancing self-awareness, and achieving personal growth. Your journey to well-being starts here.
